Intex IN 4470n Review

Intex generally focuses on producing budget handsets and Intex IN 4470n too is one of such products and adds itself to the Intex family. This is a dual SIM GSM handset which has a bar form factor and looks pretty ordinary in terms of its exterior, which is because of the standard sized screen and an alphanumeric keypad.

There is a 2.4 inch of non touch display which provides a QVGA resolution and seems pretty acceptable and satisfactory at this price. This device provides the regular multimedia options which include audio player, video player, video recorder and FM radio. The expandable memory space allotted is up to 8GB. From the connectivity point of view, Intex IN 4470n proves to be quite impressive. In addition to the usual Bluetooth, one can use GPRS as well as the WAP browser on this handset making the internet connectivity option easy and convenient. Other features that can be used are torch light and mobile tracker. Since it has a front facing camera, one can also make use of this handset as a webcam and for video call purposes.


The 1.3 MP camera provided in the phone is really not up to the mark as the image clarity is insufficient. The music player offers an audio equalizer, but still lacks crispness of sound. When it comes to a bar form factor phone, one expects it to be light weight, but IN 4470n weighs 101.8 g which is way too much and is heavier than Nokia 2330.Thus Intex IN 4470n is nothing but an ordinary handset and if you want to spend even a small amount, then there is always a better option then this.
