LG has officially announced World’s first smartphone to have a 1GHz NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor namely LG Optimus 2X. LG Optimus 2X runs on Android 2.2 OS but will be upgraded to Android Gingerbread.
LG Optimus 2X features a 4 inch capacitive touchscreen with 480×800 pixel screen resolution, an accelerometer, gyro sensor, 8 MP rear camera, 1.3 MP front facing camera, 1080p full HD video recording and MPEG-4 and H.264 formats video playback.
LG Optimus 2X also comes with HDMI mirroring, DLNA, Micro USB port, 1500 mAh battery, 8 GB of internal memory and up to 32 GB of expandable memory.

The LG Optimus 2X will be available in Korea next month with Europe and Asia to follow. Price of the LG Optimus 2X is not known at this moment.
