The upcoming Samsung’s Nexus S has been spotted in New pictures. Samsung Nexus S is upcoming device from Samsung and will run on Android’s next Gingerbread OS, a Dual core processor, 4-inch Super AMOLED touchscreen display, 512MB or 328MB RAM, can have 2GB internal memory and more.
Offical specs of Nexus S are not revealed yet.
