Acer has officially launched its new high end Android smartphone though Acer did not give it a name. The new Acer smartphone feature a 4.8 inch display with a resolution of 1024 x 480 pixels and 21:9 aspect ratio, and according to Acer the display makes it “100-percent smartphone, 100-percent tablet”.
The new Acer smartphone has eight megapixel camera with a built in flash an autofocus, two megapixel camera on the front for video calls, 720p HD video recording and full metal body. Adobe Flash Player 10.1 support, and. The new Acer smartphone is powered by 1GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon processor, and Android OS (should be Android Gingerbird).
Other features of the smartphone include 14.4 Mbps HSDPA support, 802.11 b/g/n WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, Adobe Flash 10.1, DLNA streaming, HDMI, DLNA Mobile technology and 6 axis motion sensing, with a gyroscope and accelerometer.
The New Acer phone will be available in April 2011.
